Regional Processing Centre - Centralized Operations - Bank

Urgent requirements for one of the leading bank for Regional Processing centre/RPC/Centralized Operations in Mumbai.

Location - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Centralised Operations.

- Includes Resource Management, Vendor Management, support to Business Partners and Operation Centres.

- He/ She should also adhere to Internal Policies and Regulatory Guidelines including Audit Compliance, MIS, Internal Process and Controls etc.

- He/ She should also operate within the budget allocated and reduce cost per unit.

- Should be able to Mentor and Coach his/her team on the business processes.

Requirements:

- Should have exposure to BFSI Operations, preferably Liability Products.

- Should possess Good Communication Skills.

Academic Qualifications Required -

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
