Job Summary :
- The incumbent will manage the BC/Co-lending partnerships in select states in a business zone. It is an important front line, middle-management position with an opportunity to grow into a Zonal Head or National Head position.
- The incumbent should own the business life-cycle end to end managing the relationship with partner network for driving growth and ensuring quality.

Key Responsibilities :
Primary :
- Manage relationship with all existing and new partners.
- Achievement of business as per the B-Plan, ensuring an adequate disbursement pipeline, ensuring zero delinquency and credit quality.
- Undertake cost effective tours and travels to champion the improvement of processes (On boarding, Orientation, Training, Disbursements and Collections) as the partner scales up.
- Drive initiatives to build competence of partners for enabling digital collections & strengthen operational process.
- Ensure Compliance (process and regulatory) across partner network.
- Drive collection efforts through partner network and third party collection agencies.
- Gather market intelligence around macro level geographical risks while assessing potential risks impacting partner network.
- Understand the product/platform and drive the feedback mechanism from the partners to the product team as per business requirements.
- Drive and manage the roll out of new partnerships through a team of SPOCs.
- Contribute towards enhancing the approach/framework for training, partner on boarding, program roll out and partner management.
Secondary :
- Use data and analytics for tracking and systematically improving the partner operations process and publish reports for the same to relevant departments to highlight process gaps and areas of improvement.
- Champion the resolution of partner issues reported by various monitoring and audit channels.
- Mentor/Guide the partner team for enhancing the process and frameworks to create a more efficient support ecosystem.
- Identify (support in identification) of new Partners/channels for growth.
- Identify and maintain readiness of Local collection agencies to support in case of force majure events.
The successful applicant :
- Must have 3+ years of experience in anchoring/championing partnerships, business, process, and collections.
- Must have a strong understanding of process, micro-lending business, collections and a knack for understanding technology.
- Must have thorough knowledge of micro-loan products, processes and related technologies. Understanding of the operating model of other MFIs / NBFCs driving this at scale.
- Prior experience in managing BC partnerships for Banks, NBFCs, SFBs individually and can manage 7-10 partners independently/Rs 100Cr+ in AUM.
