Job Description : 

Reporting directly into the Retail Head, you will be responsible for:

- Development & articulation of the vision & strategy for the retail channel

- P&L Ownership - Responsible for ensuring that the revenue targets from the lines of business are achieved or exceeded

- Setting up the complete ecosystem of Omnichannel and online-to-offline business

- Oversee the development and implementation of standards of best practice and operating procedure throughout the retail channel

Profile :

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail Operations

- Great presentation and communication skills

- Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through these pilots/initiatives and deliver clean outcomes

- Problem solving ability, high levels of analytic horsepower and a strong bias for action

- Desire and ability to think like the customer
