Regional Operations Manager - Banking

Geography - Entire South

- Responsible for LAP, Unsecured Business Loan & Supply Chain Disbursement vertical which comprises Login Desk, NDC, Disbursement, PDD/OTC updation, Documentation & KYC compliance, MIS updation for entire region

- Responsible for system entry and reconciliation of all the files disbursed during the day/ month by all the aligned locations.

- Accountable for scrutiny of all products loan files within the region by adhering company policy/ processes

- Coordination with allocated Branches and stakeholders for quick & smooth disbursal.

- Accountable for New and Existing Process Reengineering for better TAT improvement and training to Sales / Credit teams on new processes

- Ensures adherence to Quality Management System and support for continual improvement

- Responsible for enhancements in existing system for TAT , Quality & Control improvement

- Accountable for all audit findings & sharing resolutions, maintain satisfactory audit scores

- Open to all "Opportunities for Improvement" shared in any Audit & implementation of the same

- Branch visits on regular basis to check OPS Hub/spoke efficiency

- Coordination with Central Ops on day to day requirements

- Working on projects as identified by seniors and ensure their successful completion

- Motivates & provides direction to the team to ensure maximum productivity
