- Report to the Operations Head on all operational issues. Will be evaluated at EBITDA level.

- Manage operations: staffing, customer service, Doctor’s satisfaction, revenue, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety.

- Support to Sales team on organizing and doing community camps, health awareness programmes, enrollment drives, attract leading consultants to practice at the clinic, drive business from small local companies, etc.

- Provide excellent customer service, manage all external & internal relations and promote a sales and service culture through personal example, coaching and staff motivation.

- Ensure Operational excellence in all Clinics – one experience for all Customers - reduce variances in Clinics and improvement of KPIs.

- Responsible for Hospital Integration, launch of new initiatives and products. To reduce expenditure by cutting costs and enhance profit margins.

- Monitoring & reviewing all patient related services to ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction Index

- Requires initiative - to solve daily operational issues, HR, sales, etc.

- Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations, etc.

- Responsible for Team Attrition, Empowerment, Learning & Development

- Consultant Attrition & Doctor Retention & Engagement

- Monitor and deliver on customer & Doctor’s satisfaction.

Experience:

- 8 - 12 yrs

- At least three years’ experience as a Branch Manager / Centre Manager in a reputed health care organization

Compensation : Upto 15 lakhs p.a + variables

Location : Hyderabad
