Position - Regional Operation Head  Job Location - Mumbai/Pune  Work Experience - 7-16 Yrs (Post MBA)  The position is responsible for managing entire Maharashtra & Gujarat Market.  - Would be responsible for building a high performing team by identifying the right talent and imparting the required category related skills.  - Be responsible for performance management, training, talent review and reward to build sharp business acumen, achievement orientation and a spirit of entrepreneurship within the team.  - Being a senior leader of the organization; would be part of various CFTs which would be aimed at process excellence, building the right organizational culture and above all business growth.  - Responsible for managing the overall gross & net revenue generation through Market planning, Strategy, Innovations & Value proposition creation, Brand Management & Cost rationalization.   - The Role has the responsibility of managing smoother operations across the entire region (Maharashtra & Gujarat) & various other business verticals to ensure achievement of annual operating plans.  - Will be responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of competition across all business parameter. Would be the go to person in the organization for understanding the competition landscape.  - Would be responsible for engaging with multiple stakeholder (internal and external) to update information on a periodic basis.
