Candidate Profile:
Qualifications : Graduate +MBA
- 9-15 years of experience in FMCG out of which 5-8 years in a Flour Mill
Job Description:
- Manage Sales operations, Market Development and Promotional activities of the assigned region
- To drive sales through Formal and Informal Retail channels & HORECA and build core sales capabilities to deliver growth expectations
- Reviving Legacy brands and developing new premium brands.
- Managing Distribution Channels
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Deliver top-line and profitability for the region
- Managing & Developing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed set goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

- Demonstrated Capabilities in leading a sales team in a high growth business environment in a competitive market.
- Ability to understand the Flour Mill's Industries demand patterns, build plans to generate business through Formal and Informal Retail channels & HORECA and Distribution Channels

- Should be a Strategic thinker with adaptability and high energy levels
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
