Urgent Hiring for Regional manager for "mumbai" location with one of the reputed real estate company
Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prospecting, identifying and acquiring potential customers for MWC, Jaipur from identified markets
- Identify and build commercial relations with potential alliances for social Infrastructure in MWC, Jaipur
- Establish and maintain a client and peer professional network through:
- Participation in trade fairs, conferences, road shows etc
- Building relationships with IPCs
- Building relationships with Trade consuls, corporate advisory firms etc
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy
- Regular reporting to Management on key issues, progress and status of action plans
- Participate in sales and marketing planning process for MWC, Jaipur
- Active involvement in corporate support activities, as and when required
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for Commercial transaction closure (Lease Deed Closure’s).
- Organizing and coordinating delegate visits to MWC
- Regular competition analysis and market research
Job Specifications
- Education qualification - Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing Management (MBA or equivalent) preferably from a top notch institute
- Years & nature of Experience : At least 8 to 10 years of post qualification
- Work experience with top corporate in service/SEZ/Industrial Park business or International property Consultants (transaction management team). Preference will be given to individual with strong understanding of getting inward investments into a region/city/industrial parks.
- Desired skills: Strong computer skills (MS Office), worked on SAP systems (desirable not must), and some prior experience of quality systems (TQM), experience in B2B Sales, strong presentation skills
- Desired attributes: Go getter, needs to work independently in West region, exceptional prospecting, lead handling, sales, marketing, customer service, transaction management & decision making skills. Solid Business acumen, senior management & problem solving skills. Must possess skills to network with senior decision makers across industries and sectors.
