- MBA from a premier institute only (IIM, XLRI, Jamnalal, SIBM, ISB, or foreign institute only)

- Required experience post MBA 2 to 4 Years only not more than that.

- Brand Management experience in FMCG/Consumer Durable/Telecom sector

- Experience in FMCG/Consumer Durable/Telecom sector sales/BD

- Executed successful ATL/BTL campaigns in the relevant state

- Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.

- Understanding of digital & mobile ecosystem is necessary. Experience is welcome.

- Self starter, with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

- Strong oral and written communication skills

Willingness to travel extensively
