Position Title: Regional Marketing Manager
Role Overview: Strengthen all marketing activities in the Region to ensure greater Retail Brand Visibility/ Promotion in order to support secondary sales process in accordance with the marketing strategy
Job Location - Delhi NCR
Roles and Responsibilities:-
a) Competition tracking for new launches, catalogues, pricing, brand wise market size & share.
b) Brand promotional activities - glow signs, inshop branding, local event participation, outdoor site identification etc
c) Tracking of allocated marketing budget
d) Quarterly planning for exhibitions and participation on all major exhibitions.
e) POP / POS material utilization through distribution to channel partners / distributors and display in various locations.
f) Creating small Exhibitions in upcountry parts
g) ISD planning and tracking
h) Display Vans Utilization
i) Press advertising - share updated dealer panel with publication, price negotiations, placement of advertisements etc.
j) Press Coverage - sharing information in branches, feedback to HO & RMM, coverage of all activities done at Regional level
k) Addressing and resolving service related issues
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
- Must have Team Handling Experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and an analytical mindset.
