This position has broad scope and is responsible for supporting Asia business units across HK, China, Taiwan, and extend to Japan and Australia and working in close partnership with the corporate marketing groups with all aspects of planning, executing and measuring the results of the marketing plan and working in conjunction with the global colleagues and regional key stakeholders. Activities include, but are not limited India and Asia Pacific regional campaign set-up and execution, digital tools/platforms application, India and APAC tradeshow planning and management, development and distribution of reports, and tracking marketing spend. The role requires having worked in an enterprise software and/or services environment and also calls for a dynamic team player capable of working closely with various teams within the company. Principal Duties and Accountabilities : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : 1. Support the development and execution of the India/APAC campaign marketing plan along with individual campaign plans - developed in conjunction with input and guidance from others within marketing and key stakeholders including the Product Marketing, Research, and Regional Sales Directors. 2. Sales support activities for India Business Development and Solutions teams in region including development of presentations, and lead generation activities. 3. Event management and strategy, working closely with the Marketing Head, Asia Pacific for networking activity and profile building in India and/or the other sub-regions. 4. Manage the company's digital presence in the region. Efficiently apply the marketing automation tools to set up campaign pages, the path &amp; flow, leads collection and management 5. Local market (and company specific) research to improve the relevance and impact of local marketing activities. 6. Produced original local marketing activities and materials. 7. In collaboration with marketing colleagues, identify, develop and track key metrics to help department operate more effectively, and to communicate status and progress to sales and management. 8. Work and build strong relationship with local 3rd party vendors to create and implement marketing programs to drive demand generation. 9. Maintain strong relationship with local IP media partner and industry association for branding and potential collaboration purposes 10. Communicate projects and requirements to Marketing Operations teams for activities such as management of SF.com and Marketo data, report generation, market research, presentation and collateral development, and campaign execution. 11. Oversee invoice processing, tracking and reconciliation in India. 12. Responsible with local India content developing for deliverable such as collateral, advertisements, signage, presentations, training materials, email/direct mail and social media posts. 13. Working closely with the sales teams in India, prepare, execute and follow-up on trade shows and events including registration, ordering and shipping of materials, internal communications and pre and post event communications 14. Support execution of seminars/events in India including identifying locations, contracting with venues (including AV, food/beverage, etc.), shipping materials, providing onsite support and ensuring event executed within budget. NOTE : This role might also cover some APAC marketing functions based on the actual project requirement. Key Skills and Experience : - Significant experience in marketing business-to-business software solutions or enterprise services. - Strong written and verbal skills for English. - Ability to organize and engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously to meet established deadlines and targets. - Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to plan and manage projects and programs staying within budget limits and meeting deadlines. - Team mentality and strong interpersonal skills. - Digital experience beneficial including use of CMS tools and social media - Knowledge of SF.com - Knowledge of Marketo or equivalent desirable - Insights acquired from working in the Intellectual property industry would be an advantage.
