- This role is required to have a full understanding of marketing objectives and the commercial focus of the business to support those plans, in addition to the duties listed below
- Increasing awareness & Adoption of the portfolio
- Lead information and awareness on - indicated surgeries- ; inclusion of HA/SA in protocol; Generate clinical and marketing insights by being part of operating room.
- Share Therapy information with regional Key Opinion Leaders and Local Practice Leaders.
- Facilitate platforms & meetings for Peer-to-Peer learning & sharing of best practices (Surgical), with HCP's interested in engaging in scientific discussions.
- Work with Marketing to implement initiatives & campaigns for increased penetration of portfolio.
- Work with MA to build and maintain advanced product & therapy knowledge; Create and deliver presentation on portfolio.
- Product Orientation and Refreshers
- Therapy training / updates, and product orientation to sales force.
- Provide Information and Interpretation of literature to sales force.
- Other Activities, including but not limited too
- Actively gather and monitor competitive intelligence, in accordance with Company Policy.
- Supports sales/marketing as needed.
