REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER( FRAGRANCE INDUSTRY)
The Job Description ( which is not limited to the following) for a Regional Marketing Manager ( ONLY FROM FRAGRANCE INDUSTRY):
1. Ideally the candidate should be from Mumbai / Maharashtra and have very good customers contact from Western Region including Mumbai in Fragrance Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities (in brief):
- To liaise and build relationship. Externally, with customers and suppliers. Internally with different related and supporting departments.
- To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
- To organize and attend events and exhibitions
- To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
- To support the Marketing Manager, and other colleagues in all marketing communication related matters.
- To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials
- To maintain, build and update mailing databases -
1. Revenue Dimensions
- Market share analysis in the region
- Industry segment business analysis - Vertical-wise and product wise.
- Sales budgeting business unit wise.
- Achievement of regional sales budget.
- New business acquisition.
- Retention of existing business.
- Increase market share.
- Focus & improvement on sales keeping unit wise performance.
- Conceive & develop business strategies to enhance market sales.
2. Receivables
- Credit rating.
- Ensuring timely collection of receivables
- DOS & O/S Management.
- Regular Reconciliations.
3. Team Management
- Setting up pre and post sales team as strategic location with due mapping of accounts.
- Constant persuasion of training and development to enhance the skill level starting from sales manager CRE, and up to the level of pick-up staff.
- Review & monitoring mechanisms for all levels in the sales functions.
- Launching of sales motivation schemes as and when required.
- Performance evaluation of pre and post sales team.
- Cross functional coordination
4. Customer Orientation
- Regular Review with customer in regard to service performance and businesses growth.
- Clear understanding on Service Level Agreement & S.O.P based on Customer needs.
Setting up of CRE desk and monitoring qualitative service
5. Overall Responsibilities:
a) Should be extremely capable and responsible to set up Fixed Market ( Domestic & International).
b) Well enough to have a portfolio to sell ingredients / chemicals / Flavors & Fragrances.
c)Should develop a constant strategy for the cluster and to decide the market as a target ( Domestic & International).
d) Attract New Business & defend existing business to make a global footprint.
e) Implement various sales & brand promotion schemes & should handle the channel partners / distributors to penetrate the market in depth.
f) Handling customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by regular analysis and up gradation of delivery & service quality.
g) Developing relationship with key institutions for business development.
