Regional Marketing Manager
- Please note that in this position you will be relocated to Hosur(Tamil Nadu), then after 8-12 months you will be shifted to the African region Ghana or Kenya and the compensation will be given for your wife/husband and two kids. That means you can take them with yourself.-
- We are also looking for some one who is from Automotive sector, FMCG(not beverages) and handling the marketing of premium products.
- Custodian of the a product category with effective brand(s) management stemming from 1. Deep consumer insights, Marketing communication to maximize brand preference in the respective region. Achieve targeted business results.
- To build brand equity for TVS brand across ranges of 2W & 3W
- Ability to understand the customer category and purchase funnel for brands in respective region
- Develop insights for the category by identifying the need / gap
- By defining the marketing challenge / problem and developing the 360 communication (ATL/BTL/ Digital) for improvement of brand salience
- By creating regular marketing communication collaterals and digital artworks meeting the demands of different countries
- Building marketing campaign for a particular brand(s) in the operating geography
- Monitoring the brand communication effectiveness and ensuring desired in shop experience. Lead digitization implementation in country
- Maintain MIS for the brand and monitor the target achievement . Periodic reporting and sharing of reports to India
- Plan and achieve the targeted retail volume for the brand(s) by closely working with Country manager, distributor and dealers
- Plan achievement of NPD volume and market share in respective region
