ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a strategy to drive year round business
- Developing brand communication, conceptualizing & developing the experiential platform.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop the brand within the major multiples
- Identify and execute strategies to maximize channel presence
- Looking at the pricing of products and analysing the potential profitability
- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest,
based upon consumer needs and spending habits
- Work closely with marketing team for new product development
- Manage the Brand positioning/ brand image visibility and communication
- Measure and deliver on Marketing Return of Investment and provide Customer Insights
- Responsible for Above the line (ATL), Below the line (BTL), and Through the line (TTL)/ Integrated Communications advertising.
- Manage the local media agencies with prudence, to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan
EXPERIENCE DESIRED
- Strong experience in Developing and implementing a strategy for all products in category
- The right candidate is expected to be a hard core marketing professional with strong NPD experience
- Advanced level of marketing competencies. Some of these are consumer insights, concept development, consumer understanding & market research, advertising & communication, media & communication, packaging development, consumer promotion and project management.
