Regional Market Development Manager
Reporting to - Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)
Reportee - MDIs (Market Development Incharge)
FCCIs (Fevicol Champions- Club Incharge)
KRA- s:
1. Sales ownership of Adopted Territories (PWG+FWG) & Focus Products.
2. Own all Market Development Initiatives across all Product groups.
3. Responsible for implementation all branding initiatives in the region.
4. Direct Sales responsibility of Ad-2 products in the Region.
5. Sales ownership of Focus Products in Paint & Wood finishes range.
6. Drive Fevicol Champions Club Module in the region.
7. Accountable for effective utilization of all LSP items in the region.
8. Review & Appraise performance against KRAs for all reportees ( MDIs & FCCIs).
9. People Development.
10. Gaining insights through market research conducted by MDIs & FCCIs.
11. Relevant MIS reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Education :MBA or equivalent from a reputed B-School.
2. Work Ex: 3-5 Years for MBAs & 5-8 years for non-MBAs in a managerial role
3. Preferred Industries: Plywood / Laminates, Adhesives, Paints, Construction Chemicals, Automobiles, Auto Ancillaries;
Hardcore FMCG is not preferred.
Key Skills Required:
- Superlative Communication in Vernacular & English,
- Excellent Selling & Negotiating Skills.
- Commendable Analytical Skills
- Good People management capabilities.
