- To organize field promotion activities and brand development

- To provide on the job training to the Field Officers/Marketing Officers

- To develop & nurture the dealer network for increasing the reach of the product

- He should possess good agricultural knowledge with special reference to entomology, extension and marketing skills

- He should be willing to travel extensively and should possess good communication skills, be goal oriented and have a desire to achieve the results.
