Business Development
- Achieve budgeted revenue by sales of Learning Solutions products viz. customized training, Conferences, customized events, Certifications, Content, etc.
- Key Account management to ensure continued business from existing accounts.
- Daily Sales Management/tracking and reporting
- Assist NSM in Monitoring performance of sales team against budgets.
- New Customer Acquisition.
- Monitoring funnel of the team.
- Mapping of Accounts in the region allocated
Operations
- Ensure that the sales team work in tandem with the operations to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
- Credit control by collecting the outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with operations, faculty, execution team, etc to ensure smooth delivery.
- Understand the economic trends thereby contributing to the Learning Solutions strategy.
- Ensure process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure optimum utilization of availed resources
- Ensuring AR's are maintained at a minimum.
People Management
- Coaching and mentoring the team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identifying the training needs of associates in the teams.
- Performance Manage the team to ensure that star performers are recognized and rewarded appropriately.
- Training and development of new associates inducted in the system to ensure the learning curve is shortened.
