What is the incumbent expected to do-

- Developing a Business plan and strategy for the given region

- Achieving sales targets and managing collections

- Manage total business operation and team

- Responsible for Training the field staff

- Handling Corporate clients

- Responsible for the regions forecasting and sales tracking

- Involved in smooth functioning of Depot's frequently

Skill Set

Candidate must have more than 10+ years experience in TEXTILE DYES

Must have handled Corporate clients,

Has the ability to develop and can demonstrate past experience of developing business plans

Handling team and training them,

Should have in some capacity been in a leadership role for a part of the business or product in particular
