Job Profile :
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process for a Retail Banking Division across levels across functions and locations which involves Manpower Planning and Forecasting, Sourcing, Screening, Planning and execution of logistics,Interviewing, Background Checks, Compensation Negotiation, Coordinate with vendors
- Manage end-to-end On-boarding in the region
- Use of Selection Tools like Aptitude Tests and Competency based selection
- Adhere to Manpower budgets and timelines.
- Monthly MIS on Recruitment
- Empanelment of new consultant after verification and reference check
