Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition - Regional Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions, identifying top talent, and building strong relationships with local universities, recruitment agencies, and industry associations. This role requires a deep understanding of the local job market, trends, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business objectives and attract top talent

- Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly

- Build strong relationships with local universities, recruitment agencies, and industry associations to source top talent

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience

- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities

- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee referral programs to attract top talent

- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs for new hires

- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies

Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry

- Proven track record of delivering successful talent acquisition strategies and programs

- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the success of talent acquisition programs

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
