Regional Manager - Store Operations - Retail

Role:

- This is a senior P&L ownership role with clear goals and responsibilities on revenue margins and overall profitability.

- This will involve solving key business problems and be involved in strategy formulation and execution

Reporting to : Director Retail North, West & HYD

Size of Team : 60

Responsibilities:

- Lead & execute the overall strategy, market growth and operations of the region

- Set and drive key business initiatives across the region through events, new stores selection.

- Continuous ideation towards team building and growth of the brand

- Responsible for revenue target achievement, cost containment, adherence to Company SOPs

- As a member of the core team you will participate in most of the decisions and are expected to add great value

- Month on Month Improvement of Key Metrics like Same Store Sales Growth, Customer retention, NPS

Preferred Sectors of previous Employment:

1. 5 star hotels

2. Large consumer retail brands

3. International F&B brands (QSR preferably)

Relevant Work Experience: 8 - 15 years
