Regional Sales Manager - Sales - For our Client who is an MNC and they are into Food Products and Venturing into Biscuits Market.

This Position is based at CHENNAI and Candidates must know Local language to either speak .

This is only for hardcore FMCG Experienced candidates. If you are not from Food Industry/Biscuits/ beverages /Confectionery /Snack Foods, please do not apply and Profile will not be shortlisted.

Our Clients who are Well known FMCG company and Fast Growing FMCG Company and With an Annual Turnover of Over Rs.350 Crores.

Age not more than 42 Yrs

This position Need Candidates from Hard Core FMCG sales, Currently in RSM Role from a Good HARDCORE FMCG company .

Candidates should have Worked ENTIRE TAMILNADU and Knowledge of Kerala market Added Advantage.. Two South Indian Languages is Preferred and Speaking Knowlege of TAMIL A MUST

They are looking for Dynamic Personal who can take the company to Next Level..

I. Business Development: Responsible for developing and expanding Sales & Profitability of the company.

II. People Management: Motivate and lead the team of Area Sales Managers, Area Sales Executive & Territory Sales Officers, to ensure achievement of Sales & Infrastructure targets.

III. Monitoring & analyzing the performance of all teams.

IV. Leading the entire 4 states by Motivation, Training & Development and Retention of Managers & Field Force alike, to achieve organizational goals.

V. Age should not exceed 40 Yrs

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Should have work experience in Sales of FMCG products Should have handled a business volume of at least Rs. 75 to Rs.100 Crores. Experience in industries like Beverages/Snacks/Biscuits/Confectionery only Preferred.

- Ability to motivate and develop strategic relationships (both internal and external) Should have handled large teams and have a proven track record of driving large volumes of business

- Ability to motivate and develop strategic relationships

- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop networks

Required Qualification/Experience :

- 12 years to 15 years experience in Sales Plus minimum 2-3 years of which should be at Sr.ASMorSr.SalesManager level

- Candidates with with MBA Preferred.
