Regional Manager/Senior Regional Manager - New Generation Diabetes Care Products - Pharma

Position: Regional Manager/Senior Regional Manager (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role :

- Responsible for Sales of New Generation Diabetes Care Products in the Region

- Sales Planning and analysis: Value wise and Product Wise

- Team Building and work with team members and maintain a healthy communication & relationship

- Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target

- Building relationships with Doctors and Key Healthcare opinion Leaders and Professionals

- Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and ensuring availability of products as per sale and targets

- Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions

- Regular monitoring of new products and services and products and services of competitors

Requirements :

- B.Pharma + MBA

- Requirement: 15 plus years of experience and minimum 7 years of people manager experience.

- Should have second line manager (managers manager) experience (3- 5 years)

- Experience working with strong pharma MNCs

- Should have experience working in the Diabetes/ Cardio Segments
