Role & responsibilities:

Job function - Corporate Lending involves lending to Large and Mid-Corporate customers including:

- Promoter funding, Structured finance, Term Loans and Working capital facilities.

Designation: Regional Manager/Sr. Regional Manager Institutional Business

Job Purpose:

To acquire and build a well-diversified portfolio within the Large & Mid Corporate segment.

Key Accountabilities:

- Source New to relationships. Responsible for deal origination, getting quality mandates and ensuring timely execution of proposals.

- Build a diversified portfolio offering revenues from Assets NII, Fees, Cross sell etc. Asset opportunities to be sourced aligned to the lending norms as prescribed.

- Regular monitoring of accounts, and ensure sanctioned terms are consistently met.

- Maintain Nil delinquencies in the portfolio.

- Adherence to strict KYC/AML requirements.

Candidate:

- CA / MBA from a reputed institute with an overall experience of 5-10 years.

- Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience with a reputed Bank / NBFC in lending to Large/ Mid Corporate clients (Companies with revenue between Rs.150 crs Rs.5000 crs).

- An effective communicator with excellent negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
