If you are someone who will be developing and supporting the launch and growth of our exquisite portfolio of wine and spirits, then you might just be the right person at the right place and time.   Location of Posting:   - Delhi   - Mumbai  - Bengaluru  Responsibilities: ;  (1) Distributor appointment in key markets:  - North - Delhi-NCR; Punjab, Rajasthan; Uttar Pradesh  - West - Maharashtra (Mumbai, Goa, Pune)  - South - Karnataka (Bengaluru); Tamil Nadu (Chennai), Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala  (2) Responsible for secondary and primary targets of distributors in assigned territory  (3) Ensuring effective coverage and placement of Profitable SKUs in outlets.  (4) Key accounts management (wholesale, Bars and wines)  (5) Distributor management (schemes, stocks as per norms and claims).  (6) Develop trade promotion materials (sell sheets, educational materials, etc.)   (7) - Facilitate exchange of information (competitive, inventory, product quality, etc.)   (8) Successful implementation of marketing programs as defined in the brand plan   (9) Build relationships with clients   (10) Implement on and off-premise promotions and programs, including Field Marketing to Sales and Distributors,, Commercial Planning, Cross functional partners.   (11) Launch the marketing program information and stay abreast of brand needs with regular touchpoints in core markets   (12) Lead consumer activation and implementation of social media plan including content development   Qualifications and Skills :   - At least 10-12 years strong exposure to off-premise/retail experience in Wines and spirits/beverage industry.  - Drinks experience (preferably high added value brands) would be ideal but is not essential.  - Experience working with syndicated retail sales data and developing business performance reviews   - Experienced in identifying opportunities through analysis and bringing those opportunities to fruition   - Experience in implementing promotional activities is extremely important.  - Leadership ability to champion a project and overcome obstacles to reach the end goal   - Strong analytical and project management abilities   - Independent thinking; comfortable providing recommendations supported by fact-based rationale   - Outstanding ability to work with others; team leader and collaborator with high integrity and character   - Experience with beverage alcohol industry and/or three-tiered distribution system a plus (, beer and other wholesale-distributed product)   - Strong people management, motivational and change management skills  - A high degree of personal presence with good networking, influencing, negotiation and communication skills  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills backed by ability to make presentations  - Prior experience in handling the same area is preferred, although not necessary  - Thorough understanding of FMCG / spirits industry  - Know and understand the marketplace  - Demonstrate a solid functional knowledge base  - A high level of commercial awareness and possess very good analytical skills.  - Good knowledge of wines will be a distinct advantage.  Personal & interpersonal skills :  - Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team orientated  - Able to communicate well and project subject knowledge with confidence  - Commercially and strategically aware, customer focussed, change, results, and quality orientated  - Able to plan, organize and prioritize well  - Cross-culturally sensitive  - Self-sufficient / self-starter  - Challenging and able to take intelligent risks  - Numerical/verbal reasoning ability  - Able to negotiate at a variety of levels (internally & externally) .  Education And Experience:   - Bachelor's Degree   - MBA in Marketing (strongly preferred)   - Industry experience - Minimum 8-10 years of consumer marketing experience in the Spirits Industry required   Benefits:   - Base salary   - Performance Bonus   Job Type: Full-time
