Industry preferred ; banking, life insurance, brooking houses, General insurance

Note; Dont need ; BPOs, kpo, l&d from software, soft skill trainers .

Responsible for entire Sales & Distribution - Training activities in assigned region(s)

- Understand business requirement & training needs

- Training Delivery for all distribution segments & clients across region

- Empanelling & handling a team of external trainers

- Drive regulatory certifications viz AMFI/NiSM

- Supporting S&D team in various non-training initiatives

- Entire planning to reporting of training activities

- Content Design

- Good command over regional dialect

- Good interpersonal skills & relationship management skills

- Good influencing & persuasion skills

- Excellent presentation & facilitation skills

- Min. 5 to 8 years of experience in standup training delivery - BFSI domain

Knowledge / Life Skills

- Proven ability to influence and implement change with key senior stakeholders

- High level of organizational & environmental awareness, able to align activities to vision/purpose of the organisation

- Execute facilitation in line with best practices in facilitation methodologies

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-7 years minimum at a regional level

- CFP/CPFA preferred
