Looking for a Regional Manager Sales for one of my esteemed client in Mumbai who deal in Stretch Ceiling and Acoustic solutions.

Job role: regional Manager Sales (West) (Handling entire west i.e. Goa, Gujarat and Maharashtra)

Travelling is a part of the job.

Job Description:

Sales Management:

- Own the overall Revenue, ASP and Gross Margin of the Territory

- Recruit, train and mentor the sales team

- Manage key customer relationships (Architects, Interior Contractors and End-users) and ensure customer retention

- Expand the customer base (Architects, Interior Contractors and End-users)

- Ensure payment collection

- Monitor and report competition activity.

Project Management

- Manage the Installation / Projects team

- Ensure that the projects are completed as per the time-lines

- Plan and execute multiple projects at the same time.

MIS/CRM

- Submit weekly progress reports.

- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

Administration

- Manage the Office Administration

- Managing office administration

- Maintain Staff Attendance

- Manage Petty cash

- Payment of local taxes/ rent/ electricity/ mobile bill

- Take care of the office and IT infrastructure
