A Postgraduate with 8-10 Years Experience

Profitability Management 

- Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch (SHOULD HAVE WORKED IN STAFFING INDUSTRY)

- Achieve contributed value targets set for the branch

- Motivate and develop branch team

- Knowledge of all aspects of branch Operations.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build & enhance customer relation

- Leadership & Team management skill

- Should have handled 5 to 7 team members directly

- Business Development to assigned Industry segments

- Will be responsible for Western India operations and will manage multiple branch locations

- Will be responsible to set up the regional offices as in independent profit centre

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

- The candidate would be responsible to handle the branch in the give location independently

- To grow the market by servicing existing customers and also acquiring new customers in the given location

- The candidate will be allocated with the team of back office staff, he should be leading the team and prove as a successful team leader

- Candidate will be handling the staff of the branch

- Should plan & prioritize business deliverables and business development plan.
