Responsibilities:
- Lead a 3-tier team of Executives, Team Leads, and Business Managers
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve client retention and revenue targets
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members for success
- Promptly address client complaints and provide effective solutions
- Offer expert consultation on digital marketing solutions
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients for effective communication

Qualifications :
- MBA with 1-5 years of experience in Sales/Servicing/Retention

- Excellent academic record with 70%+ marks in 10th and 12th
