Roles & Responsibilities:
- Appointing distributors in the geography
- Building & leading a sales team focused on outlet coverage & regular billing for leading Pharma OTC & FMCG companies.
- Building beat plans for team & ensuring adherence of the same in the market
- Interacting with distributors and ensuring fulfilment against orders generated
- Meeting retailers regularly and ensuring complete resolution of their queries & concerns
Good to Have:
- Experience in ground level sales
- Experience in leading sales teams
