We are hiring Regional managers sales for a payment solutions/gateway company based at Bangalore for different location as below
Your Roles and Responsibilities :
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for products/services
- Develop business plans, long-term objectives, and sales pipeline. Maintain a watching brief on developments within customer's organisations which may affect future business.
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
- Independently identify and acquire new customers, in addition to up selling to existing customer base in close cooperation with partners or directly.
- Manage Sales process in the CRM and Sales Management system Participation in trade show events, workshops and seminars
- We are looking for talented and passionate Individuals who will contribute to the sales organization and to the ultimate success of Business Goals. We are looking for professionals with 10+ years of sales experience.
- Sales stint in financial services or card acquiring industry is an added advantage
- Our Star employees in our sales organization - Are commercially strong & have the ability to get to the point & close a deal fast Hates to lose an order.

- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Candidates should possess Product/ solution selling experience to large and medium Retail customers.

- Have excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
