Regional Manager- Sales

AbhiBus Services India Private Limited ("AbhiBus") is a pioneer in the online bus ticket reservation business in India.

ABHIBUS currently provides Online Passenger Reservation System ("OPRS") TO State Road Transport Corporations (SRTC) and private operators for managing their ticket inventory and online sale of tickets.
All the online sales of major resellers- MakeMyTrip, Redbus, Yatra.com, OnseStopshop etc. and the sales from websites of the existing 32 private bus operator's have OPRS provided by AbhiBus as their back-end.

We are currently looking for Regional Sales Managers for North and West Zones.

Job Description:

- Handle and monitor Business development, Alliances, location finances, home delivery team, bus hire team, call center

- Developing new markets

- Monitoring daily sales/ revenue

- Sales team management

- Drive location's efficiency on many operational parameters

- Branding and marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- The candidate should have be well versed with the online bus travel industry, and have a flair for numbers.

- Should be adept at forming new relationships at the market place, and ensure visibility to the brand.

- Should have been handling large accounts.

- Should be adept at managing alliances.

Previous experience in the online bus/ travel industry is preferred.

CTC: 6-9 L (as per relevant experience)
