Regional Manager - Leading MNC Building Material Major

Sales and Marketing :

- Supervising sales and marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability

- Driving marketing initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the west zone sales team to achieve them

Business Development :

- Implementing business strategies to build customer preference & augment marketing evolution of domestic markets

- Developing relationships with key decision makers in the respective target organizations for business development

Channel / Project Management :

- Recognizing & establishing financially strong and reliable channel partners for Project and deeper market penetration and providing training & direction for ensuring quality performance

- Managing finance flow in the channel, establishing project cycle of the dealers, ensuring finance availability, and controlling targets of the influencers.

Candidate Requirement :

BE/ B TECH & MBA

Industry : Building Material / Construction / Cement / Metals / Paints / Sanitaryware / Lighting / Tiles / Tyre / Lubricant

- Should have a strong West Market working Experience

- Should have a Excellent business contacts with Trade / Architects / PMC & Institutions
