Regional Manager - Sales - MNC Lighting Major

Responsible for achieving the product level and category level volume and value targets set as per the Annual operational Plan.

Handling a team of 20 nos.

Responsible for dealer appointment, onboarding and business model launch in the designated areas.

Responsible for the sell out model of business through the assigned team.

Responsible for Process Management, thereby having a clear check on the Inviolable controls and other C&F operations.

Responsible for maintaining the receivables through effective credit control mechanism for the channel partners.

Responsible for margin management of the depot through effective pricing policy to projects.

Responsible for margin management of the trade through effective maintenance of MOP ( Market Operating Price) at the channel counters.

Responsible for designing and implementing trade schemes with clear focus on the allocated budgets as per the Annual Operational Plan.

Responsible for motivation, leading and retaining the sales as well as the operational team.

Responsible for Report Management of the team.

Ensuring high engagement levels, thereby creating a high performance team.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA - Full Time

From any Building Material, Lighting, Sanitaryware or Paint Industry

Tamilnadu market work experience is a must

Team handling is a must
