Regional Manager - Sales - Life Insurance

- Manage & develop team of Area Managers & Sales Managers.

- Engage in joint field work to support assigned team.

- Guide FSCs by conducting sessions to build effective relationships with partner staff, provide training to partner to equip them with product training to partner to equip them with product knowledge.

- Help, support & guide team members in achieving their goal sheet targets.

- Align team members to people & business objectives of the company and ensure that the team adheres to the highest standards of business quality & conducts business within the overall compliance framework.

- Drive central sales initiatives for the territory through communication forums & meetings.
