Client sells Research Based Information Services to Pharma Clients / Research Institutes / BioTech
Job Description
It will be an individual contributor role responsible for effectively managing, sustaining and developing customers within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.
- To promote and sell (Research based Information Products) in a consultative sales environment, to Key accounts/ Global accounts in Pharmaceutical / Lifesciences / Biotech industry in Southern and Western India.
- Prospect and conduct market research;
- Contact new leads generated from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, customer enquiry and online usage data, analyze information requirements and maximize new business revenue;
Requirements
- Sales Professionals with previous MNC experience in Solution selling or Consulting in/to the Pharmaceutical / Lifesciences / Biotech industry OR those who possess research experience.
- A good team player / self-starter with the ability to work and generate revenue using own initiative.
- Experience of working under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Confident, outgoing personality.
- The ability to effectively identify negotiates, generate and defend business revenue.
- Willing to travel a lot and work in long hour;
CTC offered : 30-40% hike on CTC + commission on sales.
This would be remote working till covid post that Bangalore would be base location..
