Regional Manager - Sales - IT Product Firm (10-20 yrs)
Client: IT Product Development MNC
Market: WEST INDIA
1. Should have a minimum of 10 years in IT Sales (Direct + Channel)
2. Develop and execute Sales Strategy and Tactics that maximize opportunities.
3. This position is responsible for Accurate Forecasting and managing the health of the business by delivering on all business parameters
4. You are required to maintain a High Growth Rate while demonstrating a strong pipeline, forecasting, and sales assessment.
5. Developing next-generation sales support and delivery models for customers.
6. Energetic and charismatic sales leadership skills that can motivate both an internal and external sales team to meet business objectives and strategic goals.
7. Well-versed in Pricing and Revenue Models.
8. Ability to understand clients' business and impact analysis of solutions being proposed.
9. Ability to manage conversation at CXO level and Relationship Management.
10. The ideal candidate possesses strategic business and technical knowledge and can succeed in a demanding and rewarding sales environment
11. Knowledge of strategic account planning and account management, account development and sales will be key.
12. The ideal candidate should have an excellent customer relationship with a strong knack for navigating and extracting value out of a cross-matrix organization.
13. Deep knowledge of Enterprise segment, understanding of trends and the impact of technology on these trends.
14. Preferably worked in large IT Product Development/Service-Based companies.
15. IT Security Sales experience would be an added advantage
