Regional Manager Sales - Institutional Lending (Entire north india )

Reports To: National Sales Head
Spearhead new customer acquisition by identifying NBFCs/MFIs of the targeted profile by building appropriate engagement with them
- New client acquisition involving, identifying prospective clients, discussing the requirements of the clients, coordination in respect of the appraisal process for sanctions including preparation of CAM, coordination for post sanction formalities and final disbursal
- Effectively manage existing relationships by providing timely service
- Focus on maximizing revenue per customer while maintaining the desired risk.
- Monitoring and providing input on financial, operational and portfolio of customers on periodic basis
- Conducting regular customer monitoring visits.
- Monitoring key risks that affect operations of customers
- Highlight early warning signals, deterioration in financial, operational performance of customers
- Identifying new product/business opportunities and cross sell other group products for maximizing
