Responsibilities :

- Handling the responsibility of Group Business Credit Life sales through sales team of Business Partner

- Driving Sales through relationship management, providing on-field support to the business partners

- Ensuring regional sales target and KPI targets are achieved.

- Designing and implementing highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

- Drive Key performance vectors - Attachment Rate, Value Penetration, Level Cover Share, Seller Activation, etc. through sales team

- Hiring, Training, Coaching & Motivating sales team through employee engagement, coaching & development

Requirements :

9 - 13 years of experience

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5+ years- of bancassurance experience in the insurance sector with 4+ years of team handling experience

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
