Reporting to the Head-F&B, this person will be responsible for: - Owning end to end profit and loss for F&B business in the assigned region (North, East, West or South) - Identifying ways to improve food revenue across verticals - Room Revenue, Cafe, Banquets, Delivery, etc. - Controlling end to end operations and costs across all the cost heads - optimising efficiency and operations - Coordinating with and guiding City Heads on a daily basis to grow F&B business in their cities - Engaging with different stakeholders - ground teams, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best output - Leading multiple teams - Business Development Managers and Operations resources You should be a 2014/15/16 MBA from a top tier B school with an Area Sales experience in FMCG/Ecom/Retail. An ideal candidate should be a team player and passionate about driving the business. - S(He) should have good analytical skills and most importantly one should be result oriented. Tier 2 and Tier 3 B School candidates will not be considered by the client.
