Job Description :

Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible for driving the Business in both general Trade and Modern

- Trade in States of either South, North, West or East . Handling a team of Area Managers, Sales officers and indirect resources

- Leading and driving the team to deliver value /volume and market share goals for the assigned territory.

- Identifying the gaps in current GTM, Benchmarking with peer FMCG companies and ensuring the best GTM in assigned territory

- Leading and driving Best in class in-store execution in all key stores

- Conceptualizing and designing the state strategy by identifying focus segments /focus brands /focus SKUs /interventions in People and Infra

- Developing and coaching the teams on the job and developing Individual development plan for each one of them.

- Previous Exp - Customer marketing, trade marketing, sales development

Experience : 7+ years

Education : MBA Graduate (Batch 10-12)
