Regional Manager - GCC - FMCG - At present, we are having an urgent opening for REGIONAL MANAGER - GCC COUNTRIES for a REPUTED FMCG Co based at DUBAI location. - The company is a fast-growing FMCG company with a yearly turnover of 1200 - 1600 crores INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING TOP LINE SALES & PROFITABILITY OF GCC REGION : Position : Regional Manager - GCC Supervised by : Business Head Role Purpose : To Manage Distribution Partners and Key Clients in GCC to drive Company Objectives of Market Share Growths, Top Line Sales, Profitability with Best in Class In-Market Executions through Cross - Functional Team Work and Entrepreneurial Spirit. Planning, Strategy & Financials - To Manage Distributor Partners and their Sales Teams to drive Secondary Sales. - Study potential and relevant categories to enter - Identify key opportunities in terms of white channel space - Drive ecommerce channel for current and future product lines Operational/Functional - Joint Business Planning to align and Drive Annual Sales Plan with Distribution Partners - Primary Sales and Order Inventory Planning - Drive Brands Market Share Growths through Key BTL Activations and Inputs for ATL Activations - Monthly / Quarterly Channel wise Trade Marketing Planning with Distributor Teams - Quarterly Trade Budget Planning and Managing the Country P&L - Market work to Identify Market Gaps, Drive Executions and Feedback for Market /Competitor Learning People/ Self Development - Review and monitor performance of self/team members' and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs - Drive high performance and recommend training as required for team's continuous development - To Build Relationship with Trade to drive the Brand Objectives - Ability to work with Complex Excel Data Analysis and Presentations - Able to work with Cross Functional Teams - Positive Team Spirit and Attitude - Good Interpersonal Communication and Relationship Building Policies, Processes and Procedures - Drive best practices, of way of work and ensure continuous improvement within the marketing department - Implement standard framework and uniform processes for GCC - Ensure adherence to organizational policies in all processes including - Execute structural and procedural changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency
