- Sales Process custodian for the region- Implementation, Analysis (Track Report & Publish).
- Business intelligence and necessary correctives and its execution
- Identify training needs/gaps of regional sales team and its execution
- Field Force performance metrics to be developed and tracked
- Accountable & Responsible for SFA (CHEERS) Adherence, Analysis & Report
- Managing distribution health as per defined parameters (Numeric Reach/Outlet Segmentation/Must Have SKU- s)
- Evaluate strategy and implementation of Route to Market strategy
