Regional Manager

- Accountable to generate revenue target for the projects based out of the region

- Responsible for Retention of candidate by providing continuous post placement support

- Identifying and creating placement hub across regions

- Build client relations to ensure maximum absorption of our candidates and explore new revenue models.

- Manage the regional team and drive efficiency within to ensure achieving the targets at all levels
