- Handling the general trade channel for consumer goods.
- Managing retail distribution network for TV, WM, AC, MWO etc
- Managing a team towards business extraction & development
- Responsible for channel expansion & development through new dealer onboarding.
- Conceptualizing promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort through promotional schemes
- Creating development strategies for achievement of goals & targets by developing new avenues for long term growth
- Executing strategies for market penetration for new products as well as increasing the share of the existing products
- Gathering regular feedback from members to improve the efficiency of the business support team and finding out new opportunities of business solution to members
