Regional Manager - Sales - Confectionery/Snacks Category - FMCG - North

Regional Manager - North-1 would be responsible to oversee the all the states of North India comprising of - NCR, Rajastan, Harayana, Punjab and J & K including Himachal Pradesh.

Regional Manager - North-2 would be responsible to oversee the all the states of North / East India comprising of - UP, Uthrakand, Bihar, Jharkand.

- The role would be to clearly understand the market potential of the range of products of the organization and plan to execute very perfect & effective sales approach to ensure proper penetration of the territories.

- Ensure to bring in more number of distributors to enlarge the market reach and also add to cover more number of Retail outlets in the region for achieving higher volume of sales.

- Monitor and control sales team for effective target achievements.

- Properly plan and utilize the marketing budget to effectively cover the BTL promotion in the region.

- Periodically conduct sales training programs for the down the line team for both motivation and achievements.

- Preference for those with experience in Foods, Snacks, Confectionery or Biscuits.

- Report to the Sales Head at the HQ.
