- Regional Sales Manager whose primary responsibility is to sell, retain and grow water treatment chemicals business in Heavy industries (Metals, chemical, fertilizer,power, Pulp & Paper). He will be responsible to retain, develop/increase market share in Southern region.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Understanding the client's concerns, challenges and delivering solution to address those concerns.
- Develop healthy opportunities, connect with customer and provide the right solution to customer.
- Sell values to customer not merely chemicals. Defines ROI model to customer.
- Looking for new and innovative opportunities to promote Water Treatment Solutions and keep track of market trends, new technologies and competition strategy. Maintain and update the market search and sales reports.
- Development of sales with existing customers by motivating sales team to work on new enquiries and negotiation.
- Regular visits to potential customers and maintain the relationships with them.
- Responsible to deliver top line and margin for the region with healthy pipeline.
- Responsible for assisting Management in planning, selling products and coordinating the promotional events and campaigns or connect with the right customer along with team members.
- Be overall responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
- Interface with appropriate internal departments (engineering, customer service, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance etc.) as needed
- Responsible to handle Sales & service team and ensure them to execute the order technically well.
- Responsible for team development and team training.
- Strategic business development and grow South region chemical business
- Responsible for O&M business
