Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the team of Sales Managers, Technical managers and Business Development Executives

- Ability to lead the team towards achieving sales targets

- Implement marketing activities in line with business goals

- Good Knowledge in the sector of catalysts/Textile chemicals

- Good Understanding of basic commercials, go getter attitude

- Responsible for delivering the business plan for the territory

Qualifications :

- U.G:B.E, B Tech

- MBA Marketing (preferred)
