Regional Manager - Sales - Business Loan - NBFC (5-10 yrs)
Purpose of the Position: He will be responsible for overall management of the Region, which consist of multiple branches and hubs
- Responsible for origination of Business Loans, WCTL
- Responsible for developing business strategies and managing sales team in order to achieve set sales target & revenues.
- Responsible for P & L of the region
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
- Responsible for entering into strategic alliances with business partners - Corporate, Associations, Developers etc. to expand the demand funnel.
- Responsible for identifying new market opportunities/ business lines for the NBFC
- Determine on-going product evolution/development priorities.
- Handling sales/product team of 10-15 people.
